RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Cicada Vera order. Please take a moment to check our product descriptions, sizing and measurements carefully before ordering, as we keep our returns policy as limited as possible.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about an online order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have contacted us, your return must be sent back within the following 14 days.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns outside of this timeframe unless required by law.

RETURN CONDITION

To help us keep our pieces in perfect condition, returned items should be:

  • unworn, apart from trying them on;

  • unwashed;

  • free from marks, make-up, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair or other signs of wear;

  • returned with original tags attached where possible; and

  • returned in their original condition.

If an item has been worn or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to try it on, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.

SALE ITEMS

Sale and discounted items are only eligible for returns where required by law.

We do not offer any additional returns period for sale or promotional items.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind orders.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels until they reach us.

Please contact us before sending anything back.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Where required by law, standard delivery costs will also be refunded. Any extra amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is non-refundable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number and details of the issue.

We’ll always deal with these situations in line with your legal rights.

HOW TO RETURN

  • order number; and

  • item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return has been approved, send it to:

Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.

PLEASE NOTE

Sending an item back does not automatically guarantee a refund. Items that fall outside our return period or do not meet the return conditions may be refused where permitted by law.
